Books Finally Available -- Whew!

Barnabee the Bumblebee: Finds a Friend and Barnabee the Bumblebee: Goes to the Fair are finally available in the Kindle Store for 99 cents. Both are for younger kids, maybe up to age 6 (give or take).

I have many stories in my head about Barnabee (and Beetrice) so hopefully I will be able to type them out sooner rather than later. Also, I am hoping to get some illustrations done for the books and then update them once done.

Barnabee the Bumblebee

Barnabee the Bumblebee is the main character in my two children's books. How did I come up with him? Well funny (and true) story . . . I had a "pet" bumblebee! No, I didn't actually pet Barnabee, but he would always be near and hover over my shoulder. Never once did he try to sting me or my husband or my son. He would  chase away any other flying insects that came near me. It was really kind of amazing because I had never had anything like that happen before.

I'm not sure if Barnabee was a male or female bee, but that was the name I gave to "him". This happened for several years in a row--a big bumblebee would act the same way as the original Barnabee . . . And Barnabee the Bumblebee, the character, was born!
